Architectural photography presents different challenges often in terms of focus and placement of the camera. Artifacts of our civilization such as power lines and placement of the structure relating to topography also can play a significant role. I often spend days either waiting for light and/or shadows to show off the structure to create a compelling emotional photograph. Occasionally, I can just set up and take the picture.
